I've tried to spend the day reading the wonderful tutorials at W3Schools.com, which I have always found to be a terrific resource. I actually decided to start by reading the HTML tutorial, which is almost laughable considering I've been coding HTML for ten years! Still, somewhat surprisingly, I actually learnt something useful.
More importantly, I started to learn about XHTML, and how it will gradually replace HTML. It's very confusing with W3C recommendations coming out regularly, and with the proposed HTML5 it's just a matter of time before we either a) have to recode everything, or b) enter into another browser war!
